Handle the day to day processing of semi-monthly payroll for roughly 150 exempt and non-exempt employees.   Ceridian Dayforce is our HRIS and our payroll processing is currently outsourced to a third party, but we want to bring processing in-house eventually.  This position will handle all payroll related matters in the US as well as processing.

In conjunction with Head of HR, Americas, handle day to day benefits issues including enrollment, invoice reconciliation and payroll deduction coordination.

Coordinating the enrollments, changes and inquiries in regards to health insurance

AD-Hoc training of Managers on HRIS system (Ceridian)

Answer any questions employees/managers may have such as requests for forms, basic insurance questions, basic payroll questions.

Answer concerns with employees in regards to pay or HR issues.

Qualifications

2-5 Years experiences in payroll and/or benefits coordination, ideally in Ceridian environment

Strong
PC Skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook)  Ceridian Dayforce experience a strong plus

Some familiarity with other Human Resources functions

Strong interpersonal, verbal and writing skills

Strong organizational skills

Maintain strict confidentiality
